General terms and conditions

This is a translation of the dutch version. The dutch version applies.

Registration is confirmed only after payment of the fee. This must be done within 14 days of registering for the event.

One can cancel up to two weeks before the event. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
From then on, 100% of the registration fee is due.

If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, participants will be refunded in full.
If a model cancels before the event, participants will be fully refunded.
If another model is available, the opportunity will be offered to work with her at the same conditions.

During a workshop, the organiser may photograph with the participants.

A model release will be provided for participating photographers so that the photographer can use the photos.

We appreciate that photographers provide photos to the model that she can use for promotion.

The organiser is not liable for any accidents that may occur.

The organiser makes every effort to ensure that the event takes place under the best possible conditions.

The organiser cannot be held liable for force majeure and unexpected events.

The participating photographers agree to the general terms and conditions.
All our agreements are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the district of our registered office.
